Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 2.00 percent surcharge.
Visa, Master Card, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Cash, Travelers Cheques, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 20 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival.
For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
If the booking is cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival, the booking deposit will only be refunded if the unit gets re-rented. If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, the full balance will still be required and will not be refunded unless the unit is re-rented. This can be discussed in detail with the owner, during the Grace Period.
Security or Damage Deposit
Damage deposit of $500 is due immediately. From this amount, $100 is used to purchase a damage waiver against breakage, etc. The remaining balance will be refunded in full provided no extra cleaning is required.

Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependant on outgoing/incoming guests.

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
