    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 16 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • No children are allowed.
    • Check in after and check out before .
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
