    This is a private single family home with fenced yard in a quiet, safe suburban residential neighborhood. Private, fenced-in landscaped yard, large pool and patios with patio furniture. Pool Bar and dining area under gazebos. Umbrellas around pool. High vaulted ceiling in living areas, ceiling fans through-out the house, Central A/C, dining room and a completely set up large kitchen with dinette area, tropical furnishings, tile floors. Newly remodeled and re-furnished in 2005.

    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Numerous golf courses from 5 minutes to 45 minutes away, nearest public golf course approximately 5 minutes away.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). The nearest shopping center with several restaurants is an easy walk but with a vehicle you can drive to some of the really greatest shopping and dining locations in the southeastern United States. Dadeland Mall, The Falls Shopping Center and The Florida Keys Outlet Mall in Florida City are only minutes away. Sawgrass Mills Outlet Mall in Broward is less than one hour by car. Located in the Palmetto Bay area of Miami-Dade County ,the home is about thirty minutes south of downtown Miami, about forty minutes north of Key Largo, about twenty minutes from Miami International Airport, about thirty minutes south-west of the Port of Miami, and about 20-25 minutes from South Beach.
    • House has a 15'x30' private swimming pool in the backyard for your exclusive use. A vehicle is required to drive(about 15 min.)to nearest public beach. Miami Beach, South Beach, Key Biscayne's Crandon Park and Cape Florida beaches and Key Largo are less than 30 minutes by car.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $50.00 weekly.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
