All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with owner) is required for long stays. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 10 years old.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 6:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 200.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
