Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 7 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
A damage deposit of $500 or 30% of total stay (whichever is greater) is required at the time of booking. We must charge a $50 surcharge if keys are to be picked up after 6PM or on Sundays.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $100.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
