This a small and very simple studio room, but very bright and clean, and right across the beach e close to everything, really a great location, without mention the security 24/7 and the garage space, very rare in Miami Beach. Local phone and cable is included. Family and friendly building.

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 18 years old.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 1:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 75.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
