The booking is confirmed with a credit card and payment made on arrival. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs are allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 100.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
