25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Email Money Transfer

• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00PM and 9:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
