    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 35%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 200.00/pet will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided daily during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 25.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
