• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Just 3 minute walk to Harding Avenue and you will find restaurants, banks, boutiques, bus stop as well as Bal Harbour Shops on 96 St. Unit is located on 92 Street corner and Collins Avenue.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. Ocean view from balcony. Oceanfront building. Nice quiet beach, no rocks, perfect for relaxing.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 25) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 7.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
