    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit
    We accept all credit card payments through PayPal. Signed contract + $500 security deposit required to complete reservation. Full rent & clean fee (US$110) required 30-days prior to arrival. Security deposit refunded within 10 days of departure.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 100.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
