Payments and Policies
Payment Details
All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, your rent is refunded but your security/damage deposit is forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Western Union

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 17.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of $75 per day will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
