The Pavilion has direct access to the ocean beach. There are extension chairs available by the pool and on the beach for the comfort of the tenants of the building. We have gym and heated pool. This newly renovated one bedroom, one and a half bathroom condominium offers a large balcony that overlooks the city. The large master bedroom has two full-size beds. This spacious apartment is completely furnished and comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. Consider our apartment your home away from home!

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
Payment Method * Pay pal * Credit Card Visa and Master Card– complete the following: Users Pay a convenience fee of 3% (minimum $2.). The fee is used For transactions or Pay Pal and is not used to defray administrative costs.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
