30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.

Damage deposit in cash to the caretaker on your arrival day. Refundable, if no damages such as broken walls, windows, doors, etc.
