1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). A soothing and relaxed room furnished with a mixture of antiques and modern furnishings. The bedroom overlooks the apartment terrace and rock garden. Large fitted wardrobe. Quality bed linen.
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
The house is situated in a valley surrounded by trees, open countryside and the Sierra hills of Mijas. The location has an atmosphere of seclusion and privacy - only minutes from the life on the coast. Goats, cows, horses are occasional visitors and can be seen grazing on the perimeters of the property. Birdlife is abundant.
Additional amenities: beach umbrellas, mats, cool boxes, patio heater, CD/Radio, binoculars, honesty bar, hammock, umbrellas, games, DVD´s, books, optional BBQ evenings/menus arranged by hosts.
Units 77718 and 77979 are in the same villa. Ideal for couples on their own or friends/families with older children requiring two apartments.
• Malaga Airport is within a 15 minute(s) drive. Owner (if in town) will pick up and drop you off at the airport.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). There are 5 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). There are one or two local restaurants within walking distance from the house. However, the owners have provided guests with a list of their recommendations and favorites for dining out, most of which require use of a car. There are numerous Supermarkets and a Municipal Market all approx ten minutes by car.
• Nearby Attractions: Fuengirola Zoo- This popular zoo is small and intimate and opens at night during the Summer months (10 minutes). Picasso Museum, Malaga- The building alone is worth seeing. An impressive collection of his lesser known works (25 minutes). Mijas- One of the original white villages of Andalucia Fantastic views over the coast (5 minutes).
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 45 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
We require the balance of holiday booking in cash on arrival.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 17.
• Check in after 1:00 AM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of Negotiable will apply. A fee of Negotiable will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 10€ per day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
