This well-equipped kitchen is open plan with Rioja colour granite work surfaces and breakfast bar.
1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). The size of the room is 415 cm x 305 cm. Large built-in wardrobe with safe within. Bedside tables and lamps. 2 cane chairs. This room has its own private balcony with views of the Mijas Mountains.
2 Single Beds (sleeps 2) and 2 Single Roll Aways (sleeps 2). The size of the room is 345 cm x 410 cm. Large built-in wardrobe. Bedside tables and lamps. Chest of drawers with mirror above. Window views of the Mijas Mountains. There are 2 fold-up single beds that can be sited to choice.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
The apartment has spectacular panoramic views of the Mijas Mountains and surrounding areas.
You can relax and chill out on the terrace by the swimming pool or the terrace area leading from the lounge. One of the bedrooms has its own private balcony with stunning views all round. In the winter months it is possible to see the snowcapped mountains of the Sierra Nevada. To the right of the apartment you can see the town of Fuengirola, the sea beyond and the silhouettes of the sailing boats.
• Malaga Airport is within a 25 minute(s) drive. Full directions will be supplied from Malaga Airport to the Apartment.
• Transit: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). Type of transit is Train. It is a 5 minute drive to Myramar hypermarket.

• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving more than 120 minute(s). The mountains of the Sierra Nevada is about a 3 hour drive away. There are many hotels in the Sierra Nevada and the City of Granada. You could be skiing in the morning and sunbathing in the afternoon.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). Cerros del Aguila Urbanization shop and restaurant is just a 10 minute walk away. The drive to the town of Fuengirola will take 10 minutes and you will be able to find an extensive choice of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.

• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 12 EUROS PER HOUR.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
