This vacation home was designed with relaxation in mind. You enter through the double French doors and foyer into a Great Room floor plan with a Gourmet Kitchen and Breakfast Bar, opening to the comfortable and uniquely appointed Living Area. All of which boast unbeatable ocean views. The Kitchen features Kraftmaid Sonora cherry cabinets, professional series appliances, all accented by imported granite counter tops and Travertine tile flooring. The Living and Dining areas both feature Bamboo flooring and sliding glass doors that bring the outside in.

Arrival Day
Guests may arrive on any day of the week.
Special Conditions
Please conserve the water. The house is on a catchment system (rain water). Never leave the water running. Also be conservative when doing laundry, try to do full loads. Same with the dishwasher, ensure you do full loads. There will be a $300 Utility Deposit applied. Excessive water use will be billed to you.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques
