Beach House with Beautiful sunsets and Tropical Breezes-Walk to the Shore!

This new beach house has many charming features including bamboo features, lanais off of all rooms and bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a sleeper sofa. The lanai runs the length of the house and has tables and chairs for you to relax or dine while you enjoy the spectacular sunsets. Look for the seasonal Humpback Whales. The winter waves are dramatic; the summer ocean is placid.

The Milolii area is famous for deep sea fishing, watch the spinner dolphins, snorkel with the fish in the coral, and maybe see a sea turtle or a rare Hawaiian monk seal.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques
3% surgcharge for Credit Cards through Paypal.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of call for pricing.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
