Payments and Policies
Payment Details
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques
$100.00 of the damage deposit is due upon reservation and is non refundable if cancelled at any time. Balance of deposit of $900.00 for a total of $1000.00 is due 60 days in advance of arrival and also non refundable if cancelled. Payment is due one week prior to arrival or upon arrival in the form of cash/U.S. currency.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $50 hourly.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
