- A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 20.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
