Enjoy the beautiful ocean view from practically everywhere in the apartment, which is located on the 9th and 10th floors, making the sight even more spectacular. Its living room, dining room, kitchenette, master bedroom with full bathroom, a second full bathroom are all tastily distributed throughout its 70 square mts. The building has a 24 hour doorman, two elevators and a secure private parking lot.

- Transit: can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. Type of transit is Bus. Easy access not only to and from the airport, but also to downtown Lima with its colonial buildings, The Cathedral, The Government Palace; to the cultural district of Barranco, or to any of our historical sites. Don’t want to drive? No problem, plenty of safe taxi cabs with reasonable fares right at your building door, our friendly doorman will gladly assist you with any requests.
