Please note that in late summer, lake levels tend to drop. The lake has an out flow system tied in to the Fraser River for flood control. Kid's can still swim and play.. but for avid swimmer's you will have to wade out.

• The unit is Lake front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is coarse sand.
35% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 5.00 per day will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 50.00 per visit.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
