Welcome to our luxurious home. Decorated in an eclectic lodge style. Home is over 2200 square feet of deluxe comfort. Sumptuous leather furniture to sink into in front of the fireplace. Read a good book in the shade, relax on the swing or enjoy your time lakeside. Great spot to bird watch. Fishing tours (for Sturgeon and Salmon on the mighty Fraser River) and golfing at the renown Sandpiper. Mission is also home to one of the best race tracks around for those who love the old time drags, motorcycle racing. If you are a bird watcher, look for eagles and migrating swans.Smoking outside is fine.

Please note that in mid to late August... lake levels tend to drop. The lake has an out flow system tied in to the Fraser River for flood control. Kid's can still swim and play.. but for avid swimmer's you will have to wade out.

The kitchen is well equipped for those who love to cook. There is also a stainless BBQ on the deck for grilling. The oven has a London Broil as well. Enjoy making dinner while looking out to the deck. You can also dine outside on the glass patio dining table.

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Bed (sleeps 1). Conveniently situated on the main floor, for those who are unable to do stairs. Decorated in a traditional lodge style with sumptuous bedding. The room features an Antique Scottish pine four poster canopy bed.

1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). Also situated upstairs, rich, warm tones compliment the traditional lodge style.

A convenient and fast way to get to Vancouver to visit more sites. Commuter train runs Monday -Friday for your convenience.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are 4 golf course(s) nearby. Sandpiper Golf Course is the place to golf in the Valley. Located a short 20 minute drive away.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Hemlock Valley ski resort is perfect for young families.

• The unit is Lake front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. There is a dock. The dock is private. There is room for 2 boats. The home is waterfront with a nice grass area in front of the dock.The mighty Fraser river is 10 minutes away for the best Salmon, Sturgeon fishing to be found.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Cash - Email Money Transfer
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 9:00 AM.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 15.00 per day will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of TBD. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of to be determined may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
