1 Queen Air Mattress (sleeps 2). Also available for sleep, are a pair of Queen size air mattresses which when inflated sit approximately 3 feet off the ground. These mattresses can be placed in a variety of spots within the home.
Master Bedroom
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). The master bedroom has a king size bed plus its own full bath. The bedroom also features a walk-in closet as well as a small television. The bathroom has a large jacuzzi tub, which functions as a bath or shower.

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). The second bedroom has a queen size bed plus its own full bath. The bedroom also features a 25-inch television. The bath has a full shower with dual (his/hers) shower heads.

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has shower and one basin.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 21 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Travelers Cheques

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• All pets are allowed. A fee of 100 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of Approximately $45 per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
