A rather unique and enticing feature of this unit is that both the ocean front living room and master bedroom open out to a large patio area with unobstructed view of the surf.

• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Units are directly on South Mission beach with unobstructed view of the ocean.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (60 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. . .
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
$300 security deposit is required. Dates can not be secured until a deposit is received. Deposit is fully refundable within 21 days after check-out, if there is no damage or excessive cleaning required. Deposit is nor-refundable in the case of a cancellation within 60 days of check-in. The full rental amount is due 60 days prior to your check-in. If rental is cancelled before check-in, any amount in re-booking the unit will be refunded.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chaircan be provided.
• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 7:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 7 days during a stay.
