• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). Moab has a large selection of privately owned boutiques and art galleries. You'll also enjoy the many fine dining establishments, family friendly restaurants and brewpubs.
• Lake Powell is 1 hour away.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Travelers Cheques
Pet deposit is required. Refundable deposit of $200.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 25.00 fee plus refundable deposit will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
