Our condominium is one level and has a 2 car garage, cozy fireplace in living room, privately fenced in courtyard and outdoor pool and hot tub. Enjoy your private deck surrounded by red rock and white capped mountains. We've completely furnished our unit with all the amenities of home. Rim Village is 5 minutes to Moab and centrally located to Arches National Park, Canyonlands and slick rock mountain biking area.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Travelers Cheques
    Pet deposit is required. Refundable deposit of $200.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 25.00 fee plus refundable deposit will apply.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
