Amazing view from this beachfront home facing onto the Pacific Ocean. Windows across the whole front of the house open the views onto the ocean with a great room allowing magnificent views. The house is so close to the ocean that it is built on concrete stilts and you can walk down to the lower deck with the private hot tub overlooking the ocean.
Unique to this home is the width of the home. Built on an extra wide lot, the house is 50 ft across giving it an expansive view of the ocean.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
1-3 nights rent to complete the booking (balance on arrival - credit card or traveler check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs are allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 100 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
