An Italian fortified house set in 20 acres of fruit groves and woods in the beautiful region of Emilia Romagna. Just 45 minutes from the center of Bologna and Modena. This location represents the perfect base to enjoy your holiday in Italy.
The house is very comfortable and offers a breathtaking view over the valleys and mountains of the Apennines. Restaurants,swimming pools are at walking distance. We organize cookery courses & visits to Parmesan cheese, Balsamic vinegar and Parma Ham factories. Wines in our cantina. Florence, Parma, Ravenna, Rimini are recommended day-trips.

    The house overlooks hills and valleys and is surrounded by cherry and walnut trees, as well as chestnut woods. The place is very peaceful, perfect for relaxing or taking long walks in the woods, horse riding, mountain biking and swimming in the village public swimming pool. Among the main leisure activities, it is possible to play golf. The nearest golf club is 15 miles (25km) from the house.

    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). A small convenience store, bakery, butchery, coffee shop, pharmacy, ice cream shop, restaurant and pizzeria is an 10 minutes walk away. The next village with supermarkets, stores and restaurants is 4 miles away.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
    Cancellation refunds: up to 9 weeks - no charge. 9-5 weeks - 50% of booking deposit refunded. 5-3 weeks - 25% of booking deposit refunded. Less than 3 weeks : no refund. Delayed arrival:the whole rent will be due.

    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed. A fee of 10.00/pet/stay will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
