The balcony overlooks the Monashee Mountains and the Big White Village. Several dining options to choose from during the ski season & only a 5 minute walk away! Fantastic skiing in the winter months and beautiful hiking & mountain biking in the summer months. The mountain is only a short 50 minute drive from Kelowna. Come for a get away & enjoy!!

Booking Deposit

The damage deposit is required to complete the booking.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 7 days prior to arrival.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 100.00 CAD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 30 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel within 60 days, the booking deposit is non-refundable unless unit can be rebooked for the same period.

Payment Methods

Credit card payments are not accepted. Money Orders, e-Transfer, or Personal Cheque (available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)

Cleaning on Departure is included in the rent

Cleaning During Stay

There is no cleaning/maid service available.

Parking

Parking is free (1 underground spot). There is a charge for a lost parking pass.

Group & Min. Age Policies

There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples. Hosting a function/party is not allowed. Parents/guardians may not book for underaged guests.
