Great value and relaxation in this spacious, 950 sq/ ft condo with wood burning stone fireplace and a fabulous, newly renovated spa-like bathroom with soaker tub and glassed in tiled shower. Features of this well appointed condo conveniently located only 2 blocks from the main village, include full kitchen and sunken family room with high ceilings, leather sofa recliners, H. D. Flat screen T. V.AND free WIFI. For music lovers, there is a wonderful Heintzman piano. Yes, we are also pet friendly. There are two comfortable queen size murphy beds and one foam sleeping bench for a child up to 12 years old. The kitchen is also spacious & well equipped with all amenities including, spices and condiments for guest use, dishwasher, full size fridge & stove, front loading washer /dryer. Balcony has a large sliding door and sunny southern exposure with views to the Monashees. Ski in/ski out to three chair lifts. The building offers an indoor hot tub, sauna, games room, table-tennis, foosball table and air hockey. Other building amenities include heated underground parking with convenient access to 2 elevators, ski wax area, and standby power.
