New (Nov - 13) pillow top queen bed in the bedroom. 2019 - new quartz top vanity in the bathroom with storage underneath with drawers as well. Also the kitchen has a new quartz counter top with new tiling around the kitchen area to freshen it up. The unit is on the top floor and an end unit in the building. To ski out, walk out your door 2 steps!, go down the stairs one flight to 8th floor, exit the door, down 1 - 2 flight of stairs and you are on the slopes. The building is built into the hill so even though you are on the 9th floor you are just 2 levels above the ground. Summer - Fall 2011 resulted in all new exterior windows and doors for the entire building. Unit #3961 is adjacent to this unit and provides 1000 sq. Ft and sleeps maximum of 6 people. There is a heavy inside door between the 2 units.

In the common area in the building, there is an air hockey table, foosball table and a ping pong table as well as a board games room with lots of books to borrow. There is also a common area hottub.
