This is a beautifully appointed and comfortable property with stunning views from the various terraces and also through the attractive pool archways. The barbecue terrace area has views down to the sea at Mojácar and is well sited with access to the kitchen and dining area. The cosy sitting area has a wood-burning stove for cooler winter months and French doors to the swimming pool. The two bedrooms upstairs lead from one to the other with an exterior staircase leading down to the barbecue terrace area. Whilst benefiting from the peace and quiet of the Sierra Cabrera with its fabulous walks and horse riding trails and a golf course just a few kilometres away, the busy beach resort of Mojácar is a 15 minute drive away making this an ideal varied holiday destination. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
