Ski/Board Out is a 3 minute walk from the property
From the ground floor entry to your unit a green run to all the major lifts on the mountain is less than a 2 to 3 minute walk. Night skiing and the Telus snowboard park are the same short walk. Look for "E-11" on Resort Map.

Airport
The Kelowna airport is about a 60 minute drive/taxi from the property. Big White provides a shuttle service between the airport, bus depot and the mountain that must be prebooked a minimum of 72 hours in advance. You can make these arrangements by emailing Big White at cenres@bigwhite.com or calling them at 1-800-663-2772. The shuttle will deliver you to your unit.
Shopping and Dining
The shops and restaurants are about a 10 minute walk from the property. Big White operates an on mountain shuttle up and down the village twice hourly. We recommend guests take the short walk to the village center, enjoy the village experiences, and plan to catch the shuttle back up the hill.

Payments & Deposit

Payment Methods
Direct Bank Deposit, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking or more days prior to arrival)
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Owner prefers payment by personal cheque. 50% of rental rate and a postdated cheque for the remainder of the rent are to be mailed to the owner immediately upon acceptance of rental. Cheques drawn on American banks must be in American funds. Check bank for daily currency rates. Other methods of payment, especially for overseas travelers, can be arranged.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Security or Damage Deposit
There is no deposit at this time. Guests are asked to leave the unit tidy and wash and put away all dishes etc. This is our mountain home.

Children of all ages are welcome.
Group & Min. Age Policies
Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples.
Group of adults (25 or older) renting unit may not exceed 4 adults Families(1-2 adults) plus young children may not exceed 6 persons (including children)

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies.
NOTE: Disabled persons traveling with a Service Animal have special rights.

Linens/towels/bedding and cleaning are included in the rental fee.
Parking
Parking is either undercover at rear of building or at discretion of managers. During busy times you may be directed to park at front of building. Parking spots are not reserved. Please check with managers upon arrival as to parking situation.

Internet can usually be accessed from unit or lobby. This service is free but not guaranteed. Check with managers for access code if needed
Telephone Fee
Phone use is included in the rent.
Local calls (dial 250 before the number) are included in the rent. Long Distance is available by using credit card (very expensive), or phone cards (recommended) available anywhere in town or on the mountain.
