Shared: outdoor areas, swimming-pool (8x16), wood burning oven, barbecue and laundry room. Co vered parking inside the property. Simple furniture. Central heating. DISTANCES: 5 km Montaione (various shops), 300mt food shop. Approx. 40 km Volterra and San Gimignano, approx. 60 km Florence and Pisa.
ACCOMMODATION: (approx.100 m2) Gr. fl.: large living room/kitchen (satellite tv) with fireplace. 1st fl.: 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with bath, 1 bathroom with shower.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
