Small farmhouse complex made up of a main house where 3 apartments and 1 hayloft have been created. The complex is located in a panoramic position on the hills near Montaione. At the guests' disposal: a beautiful botanical garden, a swimming pool (5x10) and various equipped areas. Shared barbecue and washing machine. Tuscan country style furnishings. Parking. DISTANCES: 500 m grocery shops, 2 km Montaione (all kinds of shops), 50 km Florence and Pisa.
ACCOMMODATION: (35 m2) Gr. fl.: dining area/kitchen corner (oven), 1 double bedroom (satellite TV), 1 bathroom with shower. Private equipped outdoor (with wooden gazebo).

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
