Very well kept apartment in a newly built residence, situated in one of the greenest areas in Tuscany and in a very attractive geographic position from a tourist point of view, in that it is situated between Gimignano and Volterra, two splendid and important historic towns. Peaceful position, views of the residence and of the woody hills in the distance. The apartment has its own reserved and equipped outdoor area and can make use of the 2 swimming pools (12x6) that are shared with the other apartments, situated approx. 100 m from the apartment. Opposite the apartment, in a lower position, you will find a swimming pool that can be used only by the guests that who make use of the small health/beauty spa situated in the same residence. Inside the property and available on payment: health/beauty spa, elegant restaurant, tennis court. It is possible to go for nice walks in the surrounding woods. Private car park. DISTANCES: 3 km Castagno (grocery shop, bar/café, restaurant), 8 km Montaione (all kinds of shops), 13 km S.Gimignano, 18 km Certaldo, 22 km Volterra, 40 km Siena. In one hour by car (50 km) you can reach the sea (sandy beaches of Marina di Cecina)

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
