Shared: large grassy outdoor areas with a well-kept and equipped lawn inside a vast property, equipped swimming pool (6x13). Each apartment has an exclusive covered and equipped area. All of the apartments have an independent entrance. From the side opposite the pool, 50 m below where the house is located, passes a secondary road. Very comfortable furnishings. Covered parking. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
