Beautiful characteristic farmhouse that has been renovated and divided into four cosy apartments in a green valley in the Tuscan countryside. Beautiful view of the valley. Peaceful position on the edge of a grove. The house is located inside a property of 4 hectares. Shared: large green outdoor areas and equipped swimming pool (6x12). Each apartment has an exclusive, covered, equipped outdoor area, satellite TV and a washing machine. Access to the property along 1400 m of road (of which 900 m of dirt track road ) not suitable for low-riding cars or sport cars. Parking. Comfortable furniture. Baby-bed availableCentral heating. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
