Our farmhouse, a farm estate covering an area of approximately 100 hectares, blends into the harmonious scenery of the Tuscan countryside, where green hills slope down towards the horizon and woods alternate with vineyards and olive groves.
Prices include: Bed, bathroom and kitchen linen changed weekly; cleaning before and afterwards. Water, gas, electricity and wood. Use of the swimming pool and facilities. Free internet connection for own laptop.

In the nearby towns of Montaione (10 km), San Miniato (10 km) and Castelfiorentino (10 km) there are all types of stores.
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 9:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed. A deposit of 50 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 11:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 50 euro.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
