Ideal starting point for excursions to the spa resorts at Bagno Vignoni, the Orcia valley, Monte Amiata, the Maremma and the nearby wine producing estates for the Brunello wine. Parking. DISTANCES: 40 km Siena, 60 km Grosseto and the sea, 110 km Florence.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
