Peaceful position. Panoramic view of the Val d'Orcia countryside, which is characterised by the Brunello di Montalcino and the "doc" wine of Montecucco. Outdoor area equipped with swimming pool (5x10) set among the olive trees. Barbecue. Parking. DISTANCES: 15 km Casteldelpiano (all kinds of shops, tennis, horse riding), 22 km Montalcino, 34 km Terme di Petriolo (natural hot springs), 55 km from the coast and from the Terme di Saturnia (natural hot springs), 60 km Siena.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
