Splendid stone-built farmhouse, set on a hill and surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, from which the view sweeps out over the hills of Montalcino down to the valley of the Orcia river and as far as Monte Amiata. In the valley below is the majestic Abbey of Sant'Antimo which dates back to the 12th century. The property provides excellent privacy and tranquillity and due to the attentive restoration, it conserves unaltered the magic atmosphere of ancient Tuscan farmhouses. The house is made up of two distinct units which can also be booked separately. Access to the apartment on the first floor by means of an external staircase in front of the pool to the equipped loggia. It is possible to book the two apartments separately with the name POGGIO DI SOPRA 1 (apartment 1) and POGGIO DI SOPRA 2 (apartment 2). Internet access. Central heating. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
