Imposing farmhouse of medieval origins situated in the Maremma of Grosseto at the foot of Mount Amiata in a dominating position over the surrounding valleys and the vineyards of Montecucco and Montalcino. The farmhouse has been divided into 6 apartments, one of which is used by the owners, which have been tastefully furnished and have an equipped outdoor area. At the guests' disposal is a swimming pool (7x13) with 1 outdoor bathroom and changing room, fitness room with Turkish bath, sauna and small gym. It is possible to use free of charge some mountain bikes and to purchase local gastronomic products. Inside the building in an ancient and charming gallery there is a Wine-bar, where the guests can taste wines made on the farm as well as other important wines. Covered car parking. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
