Beautiful stone-built hamlet dating back to the early 16th century in the heart of Tuscany, among the olive tree groves and vineyards. The hamlet has been renovated with great care, trying to preserve its original characteristics and has been divided into 3 beautiful apartments, all tastefully furnished and equipped with all the comforts. The structure is located in a peaceful and very panoramic position and enjoys a beautiful view of the surrounding green hills. At the guests' disposal: large garden equipped with table and chairs, swimming pool (14x7 - maximum 3 m deep) (7/5-1/10), wood-burning oven and barbecue both of which are shared. Shared washing machine and iron. Access to the property along a dirt track, in good condition. Possibility of domestic help (12 Euros/hour, to be requested at the time of booking and to be paid on the spot). Parking. Baby-bed availableCentral heating. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
