In a quiet residential location, it is immaculately equipped and maintained with an open-plan living room which has extensive sliding patio doors opening onto the covered terrace and poolside. The property is within walking distance of this 'perched' village, at an altitude of 400m, parts of which date back to the 11th and 12th centuries. In summer there are musical evenings in the square and just a short drive away is the Lac de St. Cassien, its nature reserve and the beautiful River Siagne. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
