Typical Maremma farmhouse built on a gently rolling hill in a very panoramic position. Peaceful position, broad, beautiful view of the countryside that reaches as far as Mount Amiata in the distance. The house is surrounded by a well-kept, equipped garden where you will also find a pretty swimming pool (12x6). It is possible to go for nice walks and purchase wine and olive oil at the owners' nearby farm. The owners also run a restaurant, where you will receive special treatment, in the town of Monteantico. Parking. DISTANCES: 500 m the town of Monte Antico (grocery shops and restaurant), 5 km horse riding, 12 km Paganico (all kinds of shops), 20 km Terme di Saturnia (spas), 40 km Montalcino (where the famous Brunello wine is made), 45 km the sea (beaches and rocky shoreline), 50 km Siena.
ACCOMMODATION: (220 m2) Gr. fl.: large, sunny living/dining room (TV) with fireplace and access to the covered, equipped terrace (50 m2), professional kitchen (freezer, oven, dishwasher), 1 twin bedded room with bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with shower, laundry room. 1st fl.: 3 double bedrooms 2 of which with bathroom with shower, 2 single bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bath. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Central heating. Baby-bed available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
