In front of villa is a very well kept, fenced-in lawn that is equipped with swimming pool (5x10) and panoramic view. Covered terrace (30 m2) with table for outdoor dining. The portion of the villa next to the accommodation is independent both in its entrance as well as its garden and it is not currently inhabited. Parking. Baby-bed availableCentral heating. ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: sunny living/dining room (70 m2) with fireplace, kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher, barbecue, wood burning oven for pizzas) open to the living room, 1 bathroom with shower. 1st fl.: 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bath. 2nd fl.: large living room, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower. Comfortable and well kept furnishings. Air conditioning in the bedrooms.
LOCATION: 5 km Montecatini (important thermal centre with sport facilities and all kinds of shops), 1.2 km from basic necessity shops, 2.5 km supermarket, 25 km Lucca, 45 km (30 minutes on the motorway) from the famous sandy beaches of the Versilia.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
