Ancient hayloft (240 m2) that has been completely renovated in a very small nucleus of houses in the hills east of Lucca. Views of the hills, olive groves, surrounding vineyards and of the city of Lucca. The fenced-in property includes a large equipped lawn with swimming pool (6x12)(31/5-30/9), oven and barbecue. Parking. It is possible to have breakfast (to be paid on the spot).
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: large living room with fireplace and access to the terrace (oven) and garden, dining area, kitchen (TV, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and other small appliances) with fireplace, laundry room (washing machine), WC.
1st fl.: 1 double bedroom with Jacuzzi bath, 1 bedroom with two beds, 1 bedroom with small double bed (140 cm), 1 bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the living room. 3 hours of cleaning a week with linen change are included in the price. Extra cleaning hours, extra linen change and organizing dinners are available on request and to be paid for directly on site. Comfortable furniture. Telephone. Central heating. Baby-bed available. LOCATION: 600 m food shops, 1.5 km Montecarlo (all kinds of shops, restaurants), 10 km Montecatini Terme (golf club and spas), 15 km Lucca with its tree-lined city walls and antique market every third Sunday of the month, 35 km Pisa (airport) and the beaches of Versilia, 60 km Florence, the capital of renaissance art and 120 km Siena.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
