Ancient rural complex made up of a villa built in the 1950s, where the owners live, and the adjacent farm. In the annexes 6 holiday accommodations have been created as well as a restaurant where you can enjoy dishes serving the ancient cuisine found in Lucca. At the guests' disposal are large equipped outdoor areas and a swimming pool (9x5). The property is farmed with organic olive trees (it is possible to purchase olive oil) and allows for sport fishing in its small lake. On request: laundry service, Internet connection at the reception office, midweekly linen change and dinner on arrival. It is prohibited to bring dogs in the swimming pool area. Parking. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
