1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival - cash or traveler check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 1:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs are allowed, up to and over 75lbs (34kg) but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 200 will apply. A fee of 50 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
